This selling the sizzle and not the steak is a misconception that needs correction.

We are not aware of any pump or seal manufacturer that mines and produces their carbon, ceramic, silicon or tungsten carbide. These companies purchase their major seal components from vendors that produce carbon blanks, moulded ceramic, silicon and tungsten parts, just as our supplier does from the same vendors. Our supplier purchases and furnishes the same quality materials as any other seal manufacturer and we GUARANTEE that statement. Our supplier frequently replaces parts superior to the original equipment manufacturer and all our metal parts are stainless steel unless otherwise specified. This makes our standard seals more corrosion resistant.
